Susannah Covacic, co-founder
Susannah has spent the past 15 years caring for pets and their families in and around Godalming, building lasting relationships with generations of patients and the people who love them. After 20 years as a small animal vet, she brings a wealth of experience in medicine and surgery, with a particular interest in dentistry, alongside a genuine passion for getting to know each pet and family she cares for.
Andrew Hart, co-founder
Andrew opened his first veterinary surgery in Godalming in 1997, and with Lucy and a very supportive team, including Susannah, built up a group of 5 veterinary surgeries in west Surrey. During a short career break he realised how much he missed clients and patients, so decided to get back into the thick of it. He is looking forward to working with a new team, and building new relationships with clients and their pets.
In his spare time he loves walking and cycling locally and abroad, gardening, bee keeping, and overlanding in southern Africa.
Lucy Hart, co-founder
Lucy qualified as a veterinary surgeon from the Royal Veterinary College, London, in 1993, and has spent the last 33 years in small practice in Surrey, based in Farnham since 2000. She loves building relationships with clients and supporting them as their pets grow and change, from their early years through to their senior years.
She lives near Godalming with Andrew, and they enjoy making the most of the Surrey countryside, particularly cycling and walking. They are currently between dogs, but hope to add a four-legged member to the family in the near future.

Susannah will be providing mobile veterinary care from October, right through until the practice opens Winter 2026/27.

Innovation Place, Godalming. The practice sits back from the road, benefiting from a calm location overlooking the river. The premises are currently being refurbished to meet our exact requirements with the aim of opening this winter.
We are transparent about costs, and we’ll always agree a plan for your pet that you’re comfortable with.
Susannah is an exceptional vet who has looked after several of our spaniels over the years. Most memorably, she delivered Molly’s litter of 11 puppies, working from Easter Sunday evening into Easter Monday morning when complications arose. Her care, expertise and dedication were incredible. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and will continue to trust her with the care of our dogs for many years to come.

We moved our senior cats under to Susannah after our previous vets changed hands and we felt they no longer listened regarding the needs of our cats. From our first meeting, Susannah took the time to listen to us and understand how best to support our cats. She has always given us multiple options when it comes to treatment and we have never felt pushed into spending unnecessary time, treatment or money when it comes to our cat’s health. Every time we see her it’s clear that she is very passionate about her job and ensuring that every animal in her care (and animal parent) are treated with respect.
